Personal Meal Prep Program

🧑‍⚕️Specialized in nutrition and meals for inflammatory symptoms in the body, balancing hormones, the gut-microbiome, overall digestive health and nervous system through clean, nutritiously balanced meals with high attention to detail of both macro and micro nutrients. 


🧚Plan: 1 day a week/5 hours a day in your kitchen. Includes meal prep of minimum 3 or 4 dishes, 2 portions each, personal grocery shopping, and cleaning. If desired: can certainly add more portions and menu items with higher cost. 


đź’ŽCost: Service fee is $275 - not including cost of ingredients.

Your first week of purchase is $210

• Survey intake form of dietary needs and food preferences


• 30-minute consult to discuss menu plan and program


• 15-min follow up post week to discuss feedback and updates if desired.

Menu Sample: Summer 2025


1 Celery Salad; apple, pecorino, walnut, date, dressing, chicken salad or mackerel for protein. Tag: Lunch, Refreshing.

2 Tomato Rice, Stewed Pinto Beans, Mexican ground, Raw Salad with lime and radish 

3 Homemade Salmon burgers over bone broth steeped quinoa with chopped kale, crispy roasted crispy sweet potato. 

4 Pan-fried Rice with tofu, scallion, ginger, Broccolini, egg and sesame oil.

5 Lemon & fresh herb marinated chicken, choice of quinoa/white rice or crispy potatoes, and sauteed seasonal veggies in special marinade. 


Note: Additional Vegetarian options, pescetarian, meat options, dairy free options always available, can cook any of your requests, the world is your oyster, or I make it easy for you and choose.
